Googabar.com provides several entertainment and social products to anybody visiting the Googabar.com domain. They agree to the following terms, which may be updated by Googabar.com from time to time without notice to you. By using this site, whether as a registered member or guest, you agree to these terms and conditions:

I. Registration
1. To register on the Site and become a member, you must complete the registration process at Googabar.com or connect using Facebook Connect. All registered users agree to be bound by the Googabar.com Terms of Usage.
2. One Account Only. You may only register one account for yourself. Users who are found to have registered or used more than one account may have their account(s) terminated at any time and forfeit their rights to any products, certificates, or bonuses earned or awarded on the site.

II. Referrals
1. If you are a Googabar.com member and a legitimate person signs up a new account with Googabar.com while listing you as the referring party; you may be awarded free gift certificates, awards, or rewards from Googabar.com or our partners.
2. Currently a successful "REFERRAL" is dependent on the following: A) A new user must signup at GoogaBar.com and list a referer at time of signup; B) The new referred user must successfully verify their email address; C) Neither the referree or the referred user may have more than one account.
3. Any abuse of the referral program may result in the immediate cancellation of all accounts in question and revocation of any awarded certificates or bonuses.

III. Purchases
1. Googabar.com partners with exciting businesses everywhere to offer discounted special offers (GoogaBar Special Certificates). Purchases may be redeemed at the business location as stated on the website advertisement and on the redemption certificate itself. There may be specific terms or redemption rules associates with any given offer; it is upto the purchaser to review these terms before completing the purchase. Neither Googabar.com nor the associated business partner will be liable for a mistake during purchase.
2. Googabar.com provides its community with the Send-A-Drink promotion and product. It is upto the purchaser to review the transaction before completing the purchase. Neither Googabar.com nor the associated business partner will be liable for a mistake during purchase.
3. Any purchase made on Googabar.com is for a special gift certificate redeemable at the location speficied ONLY. No beer, wine, liquor, or alcohol is sold. Many of Googabar.com's partners offer food service, non-alcoholic beverages, and more which are also covered by most certificates. Googabar.com does not endorse nor encourage underage drinking in any way and relies on it's partners for standard identification checking to prevent misuse.

IV: Live Streaming Video Feeds
1. Googabar.com partners may host a live video feed of their business. Googabar.com is not responsible for the content being broadcast as it is live, uncensored, and unedited. Googabar.com reserves the right to disable any live video feed at its discretion any time for any type of abuse or misuse.

V. Third Party Websites & Advertisements
1. Googabar.com may occasionally display image, text, and/or video advertisements from third party sites. This site may link you to other websites, which websites may contain information or material that some people may find objectionable. These other websites are not under the direct control of Googabar.com and you acknowledge that Googabar.com is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright and trade mark compliance, legality, decency or any other aspect of the content of such websites.
2. Future Marketing. You hereby acknowledge and agree that Googabar.com and/or its affiliates may market products and services to you in the future.

VI. No Warranty or Guarantee
1. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Googabar.com strives to provide an exciting social experience but ptovides no guarantees of uptime, performance, or otherwise.
